- A home improvement project with projected energy savings of over 25% is eligible for a $4000 cash-back rebate and a $10,000 zero-interest loan.
Homeowners participating in this incentive program receive a rebate check mailed to them within sixty days of the completion of their project. If a participant has elected zero-interest financing, loan payments do not start until work has been completed.
