Can I order a service without a monthly subscription?

Yes, you can request an initial service without a subscription to try us out. However, we believe that the numerous benefits of being a Hubster make it a worthwhile investment, and we are always ready to assist you regardless of your choice.

What are my options for contacting you to order a service? 

You can reach us through various channels: by phone, email, our mobile-friendly website, SMS An app is in process. You can also connect with us on Facebook Messenger and What’s App. We strive to make communication as easy as possible to meet your needs.

What services do you offer?

Our comprehensive service offerings include electrical work, plumbing, roofing, gutter maintenance, masonry, painting, landscaping, smart home technology, appliance repair, generator maintenance, HVAC services, and more. For our current subscribers, we also have a project division that manages larger renovations, including remodeling.

What are my payment options? 

Subscriptions can be established as monthly or annual memberships, automatically charging your debit or credit card upon sign-up. Invoices for maintenance, repair, and project services are settled through Stripe including an ACH option.

Where are you located?

Our office is situated in Essex County, NJ, but we provide services throughout New Jersey. As we continue to grow, we are excited about expanding our reach.

Can you elaborate on your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

Certainly! Our guarantee is straightforward: if you are not completely satisfied with the work we deliver, you do not pay in full until it meets your expectations. We are committed to high-quality service, utilizing the best Homeowners Hub Affiliates. By becoming a Hubster, you gain the protection and convenience that comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

What is the cancellation and transfer policy for Homeowners Hub subscriptions?

All Homeowners Hub subscriptions—Monthly, Annual, and HomeCare+—are non-refundable and do not auto-renew at the end of the billing period. Monthly subscriptions expire at the end of the billing month and cannot be transferred. Annual and HomeCare+ subscriptions expire at the end of the billing year but can be transferred to a new homeowner if homeownership changes. To request a transfer, please contact our Property Advocates with proof of homeownership change.

Why does HOH charge a separate dispatch and satisfaction guarantee fee? 

HOH charges a separate Dispatch and Guarantee fee (currently 6% of the value of the job) in order to support our high-quality concierge service. For HOH, the homeowner experience is paramount and we go the extra mile to make sure you receive the best experience possible. It also allows us to guarantee the quality of workmanship before payment is made in full. With HOH, you never pay in full until you are happy with the work completed.
